The Peer Programme at the University is a valuable resource for students, offering support in study tips, social life balance, bureaucracy for international students, and mental health. Students are encouraged to apply to be peers to support fellow lower-year students.

The Pécs Emergency Society, a student organization at the Medical faculty, offers hands-on experience and practical skills for General medicine students. The program consists of two groups with different schedules, covering topics like cannulation and trauma care. Participants can earn a certificate of participation and enjoy various events throughout the year. Registration closes on February 16th.
The Surgical Society is starting up their programme for the semester next week and in preparation for this, there was an info session yesterday, the 7th of February. I attended it and now I’m back with all the intel.
Great news! Our favourite event of the year is just around the corner, on March 9th and I don’t know about you but I’m excited 🙌
