Rotational Year: Psychiatry, the Case Reports
Congrats on completing your third week of rotations! For those finishing Psychiatry, I’ve uploaded sample forms to guide you. Templates are on the psychiatry department’s webpage under “Download” >> “Gradual.” Forms weren’t needed for the exam, just the case presentation.
