Rotational Year: Psychiatry, the Case Reports

Hi 6th years,

If I have done my calculations correctly, you just completed your third week of rotations. Congratulations!!!

For those who started with Psychiatry, you probably just finished that rotation and had to do the psychiatry examinations, and fill in the case report forms.

Here, I am uploading my forms as a SAMPLE to give some direction in case you are a bit lost on how to log it.

If you are unable to find the form templates, visit the psychiatry department’s webpage here. Go to “Download” >> “Gradual” and then scroll to the bottom of the page to access it.

I will say, the forms did not need to be submitted during the examination, contrary to what I and many others thought. We only had to present the case during the exam (in my case, only once case was presented) and were asked questions based on it.

All that to say, it’s not such a big deal. For the exam, I wish you the best of luck and stay tuned for the internal medicine forms.
